Tributes Paid To Man Killed In Crash In Stoke Ash
The family of Lewis Jarrett who died in a crash on the A140 at Stoke Ash on 27 July have released a tribute.
The family have released this tribute:
"Lewis was such a special person who touched the lives of so many. He was a much loved son of Jenny and David, brother to Liam and special uncle to Kelsie.
Lewis brought so much happiness to those around him. He was a diamond sparkling with wit, intelligence, talent and determination to succeed in everything he did.
He achieved so much in his 26 years. Having been educated in Ipswich (Morland Primary School, Copleston High School and sixth form) he went on to Oxford Brookes University where he graduated with a first class degree in 2010 and continued to excel when he went on to become a qualified accountant (Associate Chartered Accountant) receiving prizes along the way for Best Management Accounting Student and the Little Prize for Taxation for achieving the highest international result for Professional Stage Taxation.
Lewis previously worked for Hughes Electrical, General Motors in Luton and Haslers in Loughton.
For the past two years Lewis had worked as a Chartered Accountant at Ballams Chartered Accountants where he kept his work colleagues entertained with his random singing!
Lewis was a keen sportsman and played football regularly, often organising football matches for friends and colleagues. He also played cricket on Sundays for Freston. He was a fully certified PADI open water diver and enjoyed diving in the Great Barrier Reef whilst travelling with his good friend Aaron in Australia and Thailand. Another highlight for Lewis was when he was a Games Maker at the London Olympics in 2012.
He was so loved and will continue to be loved by everyone and he will always be in our hearts. It was a privilege and an honour to have Lewis in our lives."
