Update: Magdalen Double Shooting
Police continue to investigate the deaths of a woman and a man, whose bodies were found at a property in Magdalen.
The bodies of Stephen and Alison Muncaster were found at a house with gun shot wounds in the village near Kings Lynn on Tuesday.
Stephen aged 47 was discovered in the front garden of a bungalow in Stow Road, whilst Alison Muncaster, aged 48, was found inside the property.
Detective Superintendent Paul Durham, Joint MIT, commented on the enquiry, saying: "As a result of our initial investigation this morning, there is no evidence to suggest that anyone else was involved in this incident. However, our investigation into the full circumstances surrounding their deaths will continue. At the moment it is thought that both of them died from gunshot wounds and a firearm has been located at the scene.
"Home Office post mortems will take place in due course and we will seek to formally identify them as soon as possible."
