Dave's On Safari At Africa Alive!

Get hands on at Africa Alive near Lowestoft as we've a VIP family day out including a zoo keeper experience to be won with Dave and Sarah on Heart Breakfast!

We've let Dave from Heart Breakfast loose on safari at Africa Alive, Kessingland but as he's never one to stay on the beaten track, he's wandered off and found himself in the homes of some of the 80 species of animals.

He's come face to face with everything from apes, lemurs and monkeys to lions, cheetahs, rhinos and more!

Listen to Heart Breakfast every morning from Monday 28 July to Friday 1 August as he'll be playing out all the noises he can hear and telling us what he can see in this new animal habitat.

If you think you know which animal he has found, be ready to text 82122 starting your message with AFRICA then your name. If you're picked to play and get it right you'll be off for your own African adventure at Africa Alive... as zoo keepers!

Each day we have a family day out to be won including the chance to feed either the Meerkats or Aardvarks, as well as going on your own safari and discovering all the amazing animals.

Enjoy the perfect family day out this summer at Africa Alive, with over 80 species of animals from the African continent, you can join in feeding times and take a peek at the habitats they call home.

You might get to hold some of the rabbits or guinea pigs or pet a pygmy goat and its great fun whatever the weather with indoor and outdoor play areas, Farmyard Corner, Discovery Centre, Zulu Nation Dance Theatre, and animal feeding talks.

Africa Alive is part of the Zoological Society of East Anglia (ZSEA) ands every visit and donation helps them to promote, contribute to and support the conservation of wildlife & the environment, animal welfare and education. You are helping them to make a difference - thank you!
