Burst Pipe Closes 14 Schools in Notts

14 schools in Nottinghamshire are closed after a major water pipe burst early this morning.

It happened just before 2:00am in Coventry Lane in Bramcote, affecting 17,000 houses in Bramcote, Stapleford, Beeston, Wollaton and Toton.

Severn Trent say about 13,000 houses have been reconnected.

Ilkeston Road is closed at the junction with Coventry Lane.

Bramcote Park Comp (Business and Enterprise School), Bramcote - closed for year 7 to 11

Foxwood Foundation School & Technology College, Bramcote
George Spencer Foundation School and Technology College, Stapleford
St John's C of E Primary, Stapleford
