Jet2holidays: Terms & Conditions

• Deadline to enter for holiday to Egypt – during Heart Breakfast with Sam and Amy on Friday, 30th July.
• Deadline to enter for holiday to Majorca – close of play Sunday 8th August.
• Only one entry per household.
• Must be 18 or over to enter this competition 
• You must have a postcode in Leicester, Nottingham or Derby to enter this competition (postcodes starting with LE, DE or NG), if a winner is picked at random and they do not have a postcode as stated above, they will automatically be disqualified and a new winner will be picked at random.

•    Holiday to Egypt is for 7 nights based on 2 people sharing a standard room on S-Class, Ultra All Inclusive basis at the 5* Savoy. Holidays are subject to availability and date restrictions apply. Holidays must be taken between 1 September and 15th December 2010 and depart from East Midlands Airport. Terms and conditions apply.

•    Holiday to Majorca is to the 4* Coral Playa  for 7 nights based on 2 people sharing, bed and breakfast, standard double/twin room. Holiday dates are subject to availability and cannot be taken during peak times. Date restrictions and terms and conditions apply.

Your prize holiday must depart from East Midlands Airport and its duration may not be extended and any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates.

Entry to the competition is deemed as acceptance to receive marketing communications from Jet2.com, Jet2holidays and its’ associated companies. Winners details will be published online and may be used in future marketing activity. Acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.  

All destinations are subject to availability and may not be taken during peak times such as bank holidays, Easter, May half term and October half term and specifically June, July and 1st to 15th September 2010

All Holidays must be redeemed by 30 August 2010 and must be taken by 28th October 2011. Full terms and conditions will be confirmed by Jet2holidays.com in a letter confirming your prize.

Jet2holidays.com reserves the right to offer an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value.

Prizes must be claimed and taken in the timeframe stated in your letter.

Changes to names, travel dates & accommodation are subject to the standard change fee plus any differences in cost as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which can be found on www.jet2holidays.com.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, holidays may be changed or cancelled by Jet2holidays.com insofar as such changes or cancellations are permitted under law. Jet2holidays.com shall ensure that they will give as much prior notice as possible and that you will be made fully aware of your rights under our Terms and Conditions. Any changes or cancellations will be notified by email.

This prize includes 1 free item of checked baggage per person.

Jet2holidays.com's competition prizes may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner, who must travel along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details.

Your prize may not be extended and any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates.

All optional flight/board/accommodation supplements and insurance are extra and must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.

Jet2holidays.com recommends that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize.

British Citizens will need a full 10 year passport to travel and are generally required to have 6 months remaining on it after the scheduled date of return. If you or any member of your party is not a British or EU citizen or holds a non British/EU passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel.
