Chelmsford City Racecourse is going to be transformed into a foodie paradise for a brand new event from the people behind the popular Essex Festival of Food and Drink.
The Essex Fine Food Show is coming to the racecourse at Great Leighs this Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th May.
Celebrity chefs Dean Edwards, resident culinary guru on ITV's 'Lorraine' will be demonstrating from the Chefs Stage on Saturday and chef, Food Writer and TV personality John Whaite will take to the stage on Sunday. There will be demonstrations at 11am, 1pm and 3pm on both days.
These foodie favourites will be joined by some of the most exciting producers from Essex, East Anglia and beyond including award winning Artisan ice cream, hand-made fudges, spirits, pates and pies. Over 100 exhibitors will be there for you to try, test and buy.
Adnams of Southwold will be serving their latest beer and spirits as well as year round favourites and there will be a prosecco and champagne bar too.
Seafood lovers can enjoy a pop-up seafood restaurant from Tom's Salty Shack. Tom has been raised with the sea in his blood and salt air in his lungs on the UKs most easterly Island - Mersea.
