CCTV Image After Bishop's Stortford Assault

CCTV image have been released of two men, one who is thought to be from Chigwell, police want to speak to over an assault in Bishop's Stortford.

The attack happened just after midnight on Friday, August 15 in Chicken Corner on Station Road.

A 26 year-old man was hit on the head and knocked to the floor by another man after they had got into an argument.

Police investigating an assault in Bishop's Stortford are releasing CCTV images of two men they wish to speak with as part of the investigation.

PC Jon Channell is investigating and said: "Thankfully the victim wasn’t more seriously injured and only received bruising. I would like to speak with the two men pictured, one who is believed to be from the Chigwell, Essex, area, as they may be able to assist the investigation."
