Chelmsford: One Month After Park Assault

One month after a man was attacked in broad daylight in Chelmsford, Essex Police are issuing a fresh appeal for witnesses.

The victim, who is in his 40s, was walking over a bridge in Central Park at 3.45pm on Friday 7 March when he was punched and kicked by two men on bikes.

They then rode off in the direction of Waterhouse Lane.
 
The first is described as white, aged between 20 and 30-years-old, of thin build, with short cropped hair, wearing blue jeans and white trainers.

The second was also white and aged in his mid-20s. He was slim and quite tall.
