Essex Police have released an efit image of a man suspected of sexual assault in Chigwell.

A woman in her 20s was approached by a man when walking in Copperfield, near to Trotwood, who she believed had followed her from Hainault tube station.

This happened at between 12.30am and 1.30am on Sunday, February 9.

The woman was grabbed by the man who tried to kiss her. He was disturbed by a member of the public walking on the opposite side of the road who was described as a white man aged in his 20s wearing a hooded top.

Police are appealing for this man to get in touch.

The suspect is described as white, aged between 35 and 45-years-old, of medium build, about 5ft 7ins tall with a bald or shaved head.

He wore a black coat, spoke with a London accent and smelt heavily of cigarettes.
