A new website is up and running helping people find work and it's all down to a woman from Essex.

Sharon Longshaw's told Heart she decided to create the website in the hope of matching businesses with workers better and quicker than recruitment agencies - and says it's a bit like a dating website!

www.wewant2work.co.uk means you can upload your profile and a prospective employer can then get in touch if they have a job they think you'd be suitable for.

Sharon's a landscape gardener who's been telling Heart it could be particularly beneficial for small businesses in need of workers urgently: "I was being charged £27 per hour for a temporary staff member sent by a recruitment agency. The person supplied was only being paid £5.85 per hour, with the agency making £21 profit for every hour they worked"
