Harlow: Cyclist Dies After Hit By Car

A cyclist has died after he was hit by a car in Harlow.

It happened at 7pm yesterday (Monday September 3rd) on Elizabeth Way, close to the junction with Parndon Mill Road.

The victim, a 62-year-old local man, died at the scene after he was bit a blue Vauxhall Corse.

The driver of the car, a 31-year-old woman who is also from the town, was uninjured in the accident.

She has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
