Jury To Be Sworn In For Chelmsford Taxi Owner Murder Trial

The trial of a taxi boss accused of murdering his estranged wife's partner in Chelmsford is expected to begin today.

60 year-old Allan Frampton (pictured) died from multiple injuries after being hit by a car on Osea Way on 9 May.

63 year-old Nasser Rezaie, who owns Ali's Taxis and is from Petersfield in the city, denies murder.

The jury will be sworn in at Chelmsford Crown Court before prosecutor Peter Gair opens the case.

The trial is expected to last up to four weeks.
