A man who died after he was assaulted in Harlow was a "gorgeous husband" says his wife who'd only married him 8 weeks before.
Man Stabbed By Group Of Men In Basildon
Police are trying to trace eight men after a 30 year old man was stabbed four times in Basildon.
Officers were called by the ambulance service shortly after 3pm yesterday (January 3) following reports that a man had been stabbed in Gloucester Park. They found the man with four stab wounds - one to his chest and three to his legs.
He was taken to hospital in Basildon before being transferred to hospital in London. He is currently in a stable condition but his injuries have been assessed as potentially life-threatening.
Police are looking for seven black men and one white man in connection with the stabbing. One of the black suspects is described as 6ft 2in tall, of slim build and wearing a grey top and bottoms. The white suspect is described as 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, and wearing a blue hooded top.
Anyone with information which could assist police is asked to call Basildon CID on 101 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
