Pedestrian Dies After Harlow Crash
A pedestrian has died after a collision with a car in Harlow.
Emergency services were called to Katherine's Way last night.
Essex Police said: "Police were contacted at 11pm yesterday, Tuesday June 21, with reports a 28-year-old man and a green Vauxhall Corsa were in collision in Katherine's Way.
"Officers and the ambulance service attended but sadly the pedestrian, who was from the town, died at the scene.
"The driver, a 24-year-old Harlow man, was uninjured.
"A section of the road was closed while emergency services were on the scene and forensic collision investigation work was carried out.
"It was reopened shortly before 5.55am today.
"Enquiries are ongoing and witnesses are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 101 or email email@example.com".
