Southend: Man Wanted Over Car Vandalism

Pictures have been released of a man police are looking for after cars were damaged and a woman was assaulted in Southend.

It happened along Guildford Road on Monday May 7th. 

Several cars were damage and a woman who lives there was punched in the shoulder by the man, but didn't require any medical treatment.

Investigating Officer, Pc Ann Bush, said: "We believe this man had been inside a local pub before he committed this crime spree. He was just Essex Policeseen to be kicking off wing mirrors and damaging paintwork to nearly a dozen vehicles which had been parked on the road at the time. 

"We have absolutely no idea as to why he did this, but he needs to be identified and arrested which is why we're releasing these images in the hope that someone can give us a name."

The man pictured is described as black, approximately 6ft 2ins tall, of slim build, is aged in his 20s and was wearing dark clothing at the time.
