Southend: New Sponsor For Air Festival
Easyjet are the new sponsors of the 2012 Southend Air Festival after several years of the council footing the bill.
Around half a million people are expected to attend this year's popular event, which will take place on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 May.
It's after the airline have announced they will be flying from Southend Airport at the beginning of April.
The Festival will showcase vintage, fast and military aircrafts following the theme of the 2012 Olympics and the Queens Diamond Jubilee.
