Southend: Two Arrested Over Stabbing

Two men have been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Southend.

A 24-year-old man was found injured near the Slug and Lettuce bar on Southchurch Road at around 2am on Sunday (16 March).

He remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital.

An 18-year-old man from Southend and a 20-year-old man, also from Southend, were arrested yesterday evening (Tuesday 19 March 19) on suspicion of attempted murder.
