Diners included senior staff from both institutions and pupils from every year, who enjoyed a starter of ham hock terrine, with baby plum tomato relish and basil dressing, followed by a canon of lamb, Dauphinoise potato, buttered spinach, beetroot puree and pinot noir jus. Matthew Slater, principal of Drapers' Academy, said: "We don't serve chips, we serve healthy options. Our biggest seller is the carvery meal. We try and give them healthy options; if they eat well, they will concentrate better in class."
