RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [www.Heart.co.uk) apply to ‘[Summer of Strawberries]’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 12/07//10 to 30/07/10 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1)    Details of the Competition

1.1    To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

a)    Go online to www.Heart.co.uk and register their details for a chance to receive a visit from The Angels.  Online entry will open at 1.00am on 12/07/10 and close at 10am on 30/07/10.

This is Heart’s Summer of Strawberries!

Heart and Pancho’s want to cool the people of Essex down this Summer by delivering free strawberries and cream to them!!

Throughout this three week campaign, promotional trailers and presenter reads will let our listeners know that the Heart Angels are going to be out and about (From 19/07/10 for 2 weeks) this Summer giving away free strawberries and cream.

Our listeners will be encouraged to go to www.heart.co.uk to request a visit from the Heart Angels.  We will randomly select entries from 19/07/10 onwards, to receive a visit from the Heart Angels and their strawberries and cream.

2)    Eligibility
2.1    All entrants must be over 16
2.2    Delivery must be within the Heart Essex TSA (total service area)

3)    Prize
3.1    At least three times a week for 2 weeks the Heart Angels will be delivering Strawberries and Cream to online entrants around Essex to a maximum of 20 people.
3.2    Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize.
