All the information you need to know ahead of Celebrity Football at Ashton Gate, Bristol.

GETTING TO ASHTON GATE

Driving to Ashton Gate: Leave the M5 at Junction 18 and travel along the Portway (A4) following signs for the Bristol Airport/Taunton (A38). As you go over the swing bridge (Brunel Way), branch left into Winterstoke Road, and you will see the ground on your left.

Safety: Large rucksacks will not be allowed into Ashton Gate on match-day

This follows advice from the National Counter Terrorism Office and Avon and Somerset Police.

Fans will still be able to bring small handbags into the stadium, although these will be subject to the usual search process. 

Parking at Ashton Gate: Official parking has sold out. Private parking is available in the area, please visit justpark.com for more information. There is no off-site parking available, so please be responsible when utilising street parking and think about our neighbours.

Pre Book Parking Marina Dolman Way and Blue Badge Pre Book Parking Parking via Wedlock Way, Main Entrance only, please put BS3 2LF into your satnav.

Pre Book Parking Ashton Road: Parking via Ashton Road Entrance only, please put BS3 2EJ into your satnav.

Car park open from 14.00hrs.Car Registration required at the time of booking, ticket must be printed and left on the car dashboard on match day

Buses to Ashton Gate:

Service 24

Stops at Ashton Drive (The Robbins PH)

Operates up to every 12 minutes (every 30 minutes during the evening)

Serves Bedminster, City Centre, Old Market, Easton, Eastville, Lockleaze and Southmead Hospital

Adult singles range from £1.70 to £2.70 and return / all day travel is £4

 

Services X1, X3, X4, X6, X8 and X9

Stops at Blackmoors Lane (Ashton Bridge)

Operates at frequent intervals

Serves Hotwells and City Centre

Adult single is £1.70, £3.40 return and £4 all day travel

 

Service 71

Stops at Blackmoors Lane (Ashton Bridge)

Operates up to every 15 minutes (every 30 minutes during the evening)

Serves Hotwells, City Centre, Gloucester Road, Filton Avenue and UWE Frenchay

Adult singles range from £1.70 to £2.70 and return / all day travel is £4

 

Services X1, X3, X4, X6, X8 and X9

Stops at Winterstoke Road (Ashton Bridge)

Operates at various frequencies

Serves various locations, including, Weston-super-Mare, Portishead, Clevedon and Nailsea

Adult singles range from £1.70 to £6 and return / day ticket from £3.40 to £7.50

THE STADIUM 

What time will the stadium open?

Turn styles will open at 14.00 with Heart Breakfast welcoming you to the ground.

Kick Off at 15.00.

When well the game finish?

The game is a full 90 minutes with 15 minutes at half time, the game is scheduled to finish at 4.45pm.

Ticket Office

Buying your ticket in advance at heart.co.uk is the easiest option. The box-office will be open on match day from 13.30 for cash sales only. As there is no cash machine onsite, please remember to bring any money you need, arrive early to avoid que’s. Online sales at heart.co.uk close at 2pm.

Match Mascots and Guest: head to Media Reception, Dolman Stand

Meet and Greet Guests: head for VIP Entrance 1, Dolman Stand, The Lansdown Club will open from 1pm

Guests and Press: Please report to Media Reception, Dolman Stand

 

SEATING IN DOLMAN STAND

General Tickets: Unreserved seating

Match Mascots and Guest: Unreserved VIP Seating, will be above the player tunnel

Meet and Greet Guests: Unreserved VIP Seating alongside the Lansdown Club open from 1pm

 

OTHER

Refreshments and Concessions

Concessions will be open in and around the stadium

What players will be appearing?

The full list is at heart.co.uk, all our players are donating their time to Make Some Noise and because of sometimes the line-up is subject to change. We hope not as filming schedules don’t often happen at weekends!

Can I have my selfie taken with players?

Players will usually sign autographs and have pictures taken after the game, Lansdown stand
