Seaton Tramway provides all with a fun packed day out in Devon with 3 miles of unspoilt countryside along the beautiful Axe Valley.
Open daily until the end of October 2017, Seaton Tramway operates narrow gauge heritage trams between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton in East Devon's glorious Axe Valley, travelling alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves and giving you an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life.
The coastal resort of Seaton is now a gateway town to the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, whilst the historic town of Colyton is described as "Devon's Most Rebellious Town" for its part in the Monmouth Rebellion of 1685.
There is a full calender of events and experiences available all year, from Bird watching trips to driving a tram, special themed experiences such as 'The Dinosaur Tram Adventure', 'The Fairy Special' and 'The Pirate Tram', all new for 2017 and perfect for a family day out with your little ones and birthday parties.
No matter what the weather might hold, you can still enjoy a full day out with Seaton Tramway. Other highlights include the Tramstop Cafe, where you can enjoy some dining delight in the new The Garden Room at Colyton Station. Plus, you can stop off and visit their gift shop, an Aladdin's cave stocked with a variety of exciting gifts, confectionery, local produce, books and tramway souvenirs.
