Taking in scenic views, exploring prehistoric geology and enjoying the company of fellow trekkers.

At Branscombe you will be provided with a well-earned meal at an award winning local pub.

Through your sponsorship you'll be raising money to help Exeter YMCA provide 15,000 nights of accommodation for homeless young people in Exeter, giving them one-to-one support to enable them to tackle the challenges that led to their homelessness.

A New Exhibition exploring the World of Native North American Warfare.

Royal Albert Memorial Museum.

Adm. Free.

The exhibition is accompanied by two talks on Wednesday 21 November:

Lunchtime talk - Dr Stephanie Pratt, Associate Professor of Art History at PlymouthUniversity, will discuss visual representation of Plains peoples in American and European art.

Afternoon talk - Max Carocci, Project Curator in the Department of Africa, Oceania and the Americas at the British Museum and curator of the Warriors of the Plains exhibition, will talk about continuities and changes in traditional approaches to war from warriors to soldiers.

Both talks will cost £4.50 and tickets will be available from the Museum reception during opening hours in October, call 01392 265858.

Woodbury Walk or Ride.

You can start the walk at any time between 8.30am and 1pm or 8.30am and 12 noon if you are doing the 12 mile walk.

Join ELF and take part in this fantastic walk or ride in the beautiful East Devon countryside.

The Rotary Club of Exmouth & District, who organise the Walk or Ride, invite adult entrants to make a minimum donation of £5 on the day to help cover expenses and contribute to its charity fund.

All additional fundraising/sponsorship that you raise will come directly to ELF, helping to support people with Leukaemia, Lymphoma and other blood disorders in Exeter and the surrounding areas.

Do something different to raise funds for Budleigh Salterton and Topsham Memory Cafés who provide help and support for local people and their carers who are suffering with Dementia and Memory Loss.

Starts at the Kenniford Farm Shop EX5 1AQ (signposted off the A3052 between St Bridget Nursery & Westpoint) leaving from 2–3pm. 

Entry fee £10 per car, payable in advance – min of 2 adults per car pls.

Each car is given the route to follow all in rhyme with questions to answer and things to look out for on the journey.
