£17K Taken From Jewellers

Jewellery valued at approximately £17,000 has been stolen following a suspected burglary at a shop in Exeter. 

The incident occurred at around 2.15am on Monday 27th August at Ivor Doble Jewellers in Sidwell Street, in Exeter. 

Following entry through a rear window the offender smashed two display cabinets by using a crow bar. 

The stolen items are mainly 9ct and 18ct gold rings with various stones and some silver rings and bracelets. 

Police are appealing to anyone who recognises the suspect or has been offered any of the stolen property to contact them.
