Small Companies Get Government Help

Employer Incentive for small Companies with fewer than 50 employees.

Employ your first time apprentice between the ages of 16-24 and receive an incentive of £1500 or £2275 for employing an unemployed 18-24 year old (Subject to eligibility).

To support those who are unemployed or made redundant, Westward Pathfinder is running two ESF co-financed projects, Skills Support for the Unemployed and Skills Support for Redundancy, up to £2,500 is available.

Top up fees will still apply to any candidate after their 19th birthday 19-24 £1250 plus vat for each year of training and 25+ £1450 plus vat

DCET have an excellent calibre of applicants ready for interviewing that have achieved a Level 2 equivalent to grade A-C GCSE in our assessments, or if you have someone in mind or have been inundated with applications we would be happy to invite them in for our assessments.

DCET will also give you up to £500 towards a course of your choice if employing a 16-18 year old.

Apprentices that come to DCET for training receive FREE
ECS health & safety assessment, Basic first aid training and a tool kit to the value of £85.
