Matt's Wedding Diet

In 2 months & 3 weeks Matt will wed his lovely lady. He's set his target weight at 12st 7lb and every week he'll be stepping on to the scales for a Monday Morning Weigh In.

Monday 19th - 3 months to go until the BIG DAY & Matt has declared he'd like to shed a few pounds so he looks "buff" on his honeymoon!  Currently weighing in at 14 stone, his target weight is 12st 7lb, so he has a stone & a half to loose in 3 months. Week 1 hasn't been that successful & in his own words he hasn't been very strict with his diet, so we'll see on Monday if he's managed to loose anything.

Monday 26th

Weigh In - 13st 12lb

Weight Loss - 2lb

Still to Loose - 1st 5lb

Tuesday 4th May - Another week of not being very strict, in fact Matt completely fell of the diet wagon this week, especially this weekend during his visit to family where he ate what can only be described as his own body weigh in junk food, washed down with lots of lager!  Oh Dear!

Weigh In - 13st 12lb

Weight Loss - NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Still to Loose - 1st 5lb

Monday 10th May - To be honest its not looking good for the weigh in today. Matt proudly told us he had snacked on Riveta & cottage cheese on Sunday night (well done Matt) followed by a Creme Egg.... NAUGHTY MATT!  He also admitted to eating 2 pasty's on Saturday (just one has the equivalent of a days recommended calories) And so with just 9 weeks till the big day, Matt has some serious work to do.

Weight Loss - NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still to Loose - 1st 5lb

Monday 17th May - Its the start of week 5 & Matt seriously stepped up the exercise programme last week, with swimming, cycling, running AND a sponsored walk & all his hard work has paid off with a loss of 2lb.  Well Done Matt x

Monday 24th May - Having done some serious exercise last week, it appears Matt's enthusiasm for fitness dwindled somewhat this week, however he stuck to his diet & its paid off with a loss of 3lbs & he's now able to pull down his shorts without undoing the button & zip.  Something he was very excited to do this morning in the studio!

Tuesday 8th June- With just 5 weeks & 4 days until the big day, its time to hit the gym Matt, after an over-indulgent weekend away on his Stag, its not good news this morning

Weigh In - 13st 8lb

Weight Loss - NOTHING....gained 2lb!!!!!

Still to Loose - 1 stone & 1lb

Monday 21st June- TUT TUT TUT Matt, over the last 8 weeks we've seen his weight yo-yo.  How very disappointing.  With just 4 weeks until the big day, he has some serious work to do

Weigh In - 13st 9lb

Weight Loss - NOTHING....gained 1lb

Still to Loose - 1 stone & 2lb

Tuesday 22nd June - So matt official weekly weigh in is on Mondays but he does quiet often jump on the scales on other days & this morning we were shocked to discover that he has lost 3lbs overnight!  He weighed in at 13.6 GO MATT

Wednesday 23rd June & I've introduced a Mid-week weigh-in (on the unreliable scales!)  13.5!!!!! another lb lost overnight!

Monday 28th - Matt has weighed in at 13.8 this morning, a gain of 3lb since Wednesday.  But a loss of 1lb since last Monday & that what Matt is going on.  This is the worst diet EVER!
