Body Found In Search For Missing James Lomax

A body believed to be that of missing 83 year-old James Lomax has been found in Wheathampstead.

Mr Lomax, who had dementia, was last seen leaving his home in Manor Road, Wheathampstead at around 4.50pm on Thursday.

Sixty local people and specialist police search teams tried to find him.

Today a Herts police spokesperson said the body had not yet been identified but Mr Lomax's family had been informed.
