Buckingham Robbery

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a taxi driver was robbed in Buckingham between 8pm and 9pm on Friday, 11th February.

The man had parked his taxi, a black Saab, in Western Avenue when three men came up to him, restrained him and stole some cash and credit cards from the car. They then drove away in a black Ford Ka towards Milton Keynes.

PC Emily Dover investigating the incidents, said: “There were plenty of people around who might have seen the robbery, or the car being driven before or afterwards.

“I urge anyone who saw anything or has any information about the robbery, to contact me.”

Two men, aged 20 and 21, and a 17-year-old boy have been arrested and charged with robbery in connection with this incident. They were due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 22 February.
