Two Men Robbed In Northampton

Police are investigating a robbery which took place on Friday 1 April between 11.30pm and 11.45pm.

The 22-year-old victim and his friend were walking along Overstone Road in Northampton when they were approached by two men, one of whom was aggressive and threatening. They were both demanding money.
 
The victim handed his phone over and then went in to the Lamplighter Public House to get away from them.
 
The offenders are described as follows:

Both white, aged mid to late twenties, about 5'8'', one very skinny and wearing a grey striped t-shirt, the other slim with a muscular physique, with dark brown hair and wearing a white t-shirt, with a local accent.
