Fourth Person Charged Over David Miller Murder

A third man has now appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court charged with the murder of 56 year-old David Miller.

Joseph Catlin, 30, of no fixed address, was charged this afternoon and appeared before the magistrate where he was remanded into custody, to appear at Northampton Crown Court tomorrow (Friday, 17).

Ian Cuthbertson, aged 49, Michael Hallett, aged 37 and Zena Kane, 35, all of no fixed address, appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court this morning.

The magistrate informed them due to the seriousness of the offence, they would be remanded into custody and told to appear before Northampton Crown Court tomorrow.

A 19 year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has now been released on police bail.

A 27 year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender is already on police bail.

Mr Miller was found dead at his home address in Patterdale Walk, Boothville, Northampton in the early hours of Tuesday (14 June) morning.
