Fund Set Up For 'Critical' Watford Fan
A fund set up to raise money for the Watford FC fan attacked in Wolverhampton on Saturday has raised nearly £7,000 already.
44 year old Nick Cruwys has been named locally as the man left with a serious head injury after an unprovoked attack.
He was on his way back to Hemel after watching the Wolves Watford game.
Ollie Floyd has set up the fund via the GoFundMe website.
On the page he says: "Just wanted to say an absolutely massive thank you to anyone that has shared this campaign or donated money. I've never really used this website before, so am struggling to reply to people's comments, so thought I would try and address them in this update.
"Over the coming days, I will try and get in touch with Watford FC to find the best way to get the money to Nick. Most importantly, I'd like to wish Nick all the best and I'm praying that he makes a full recovery. Thank you all! Amazing stuff!"
