Man Attacked With Metal Pole In Kettering

A man has suffered a suspected head injury after being attacked by a man carrying a metal pole in Kettering.

The assault happened between 8pm and 8.15pm.

The victim was walking along Nelson Street, near the junction with Regent Street, when he was assaulted by a man.

The offender is believed to have been carrying a metal pole.  

The victim was taken to Kettering General Hospital with a suspected head injury.

Witnesses, or anyone with information, is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
