Work Starting on Bunkers Lane

Repairs to the safety barriers on Bunkers Lane, Hemel Hempstead are due to start at the end of this month.

Stuart Pile, Executive Member for Highways and Transport, said: "Following an accident which damaged the safety fencing and caused the emergency closure of Bunkers Lane, Hertfordshire Highways has been working hard to arrange repairs. We are pleased to announce that repair work will start on February 28."

The work will last for up to seven weeks, weather permitting. The road will remain closed to all traffic.  Throughout the period of the works, the diversion route already in place will be maintained.
