Flood Warnings for the Four Counties

There are a number of flood warnings still in place across Herts, Beds, Bucks & Northants as of 09.00 on December 27th. The latest environment agency information on flood warnings currently in place are detailed below.

The flood warnings currently in place, include... 

Newport Pagnell - areas around Riverside, Silver Street, Tongwell Lane and Lovat Caravan Park to the east of the Ouzel. Areas along the River Great Ouse near to North Bridge and Woad Farm

Bromham - properties near to the River at Bromham Bridge

Cognhoe to Great Doddington - Isolated properties near the River Nene from Cogenhoe to Great Doddington

River Nene  - Isolated properties and villages near the River Nene from Wellingborough to Thrapston. And isolated properties and villages near the Upper River Nene and its tributaries including Nether Heyford, Bugbrooke, Bugbrooke Mill, Upton Mill, Horton, Hackleton and Preston Deanery. Billing - River Nene at Billing Aquadrome and nearby business parks including the Riverside Business Park and Crow Lane Industrial Estate

Public transport is also being affected, with cancellations on some rail routes in the region, and some minor roads impassable due to standing water. All the traffic information can be accessed here
