Heart - Four Counties
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Give or Take’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 23rd to Friday 27th July 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Four Counties.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word “RADIO' and either Bike or Spa, depending on what they want to win to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. Each morning we will invite listeners to TEXT in to play “Give or Take”.
5. Listeners text ‘RADIO’ and either Bike or Spa, depending on what hey want to win.
6. We will pick one listener at random, take them to air, and ask them whether they’re giving the prize they’re playing for that morning, or taking it for themselves.
7. We will then, if the caller is male, ask ‘female related’ questions. If the caller is female we will ask ‘male related’ questions.
8. We will ask three questions in total.
9. If the caller answers two out of the three correctly they will win the treat that they selected - either a spa break for 2 including treatments and pampering OR VIP passes to the World Superbikes at Silverstone.
10. The winner will be announced on air and notified within 28 days via confirmation letter.
Eligibility:
11. Entrants must be 18 or over.
12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
13. The winner will receive either:
- 2 x VIP passes to the World Superbikes at Silverstone for ‘him’ OR an ‘Escape and Spa Stay’ at Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa including treatments and pampering for 2 people for ‘her’ depending on what they choose.
14. VIP passes to the World Superbikes at Silverstone includes VIP Hospitality for 2 in the Silverstone Riders Lounge on Sunday 5 August plus:
• Views of the start/finish line from adjoining balcony and restaurant
• Based in Hall 5 of the Silverstone Wing
• Access to VIP Grandstand with views of Stowe, Vale and Club Corners as well as the International Pit Straight
• Paddock Pass per guest (subject to availability)
• A dedicated seat and table for the day, private tables for groups of 10, smaller numbers of guests will be on a shared table.
• Full English breakfast.
• Chef's table buffet lunch with selection of desserts
• Afternoon tea
• Drinks package includes champagne, beers, wines and soft drinks.
• Guest speakers and racing simulator.
• Official event programme.
• Car parking – 1 pass per 2 guests.
• Shuttle transfer from VIP car park to the Silverstone Wing.
15. The Escape and Spa Stay at Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa for 2 people includes:
• Overnight accommodation
• Full English breakfast
• Two-course buffet lunch in The Terrace Café
• Three-course dinner in Astons Restaurant
• Full use of The Day Spa Heat and Ice Experiences on day of arrival
• Full use of the Spa and The Leisure Club facilities
• PLUS Your choice of a 25 minute treatment from:
• ESPA Energising Express Facial OR ESPA Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage,OR The Day Spa Moisturising Floatation Wrap
• Subject to availability
• Heat and Ice Experiences, Lunch & Treatment to be taken on the day of arrival.
• The Leisure Club facilities are available to use on your arrival day to 11am on the departure day
• Valid until 31st December 2012
• Valid for new bookings only
• Rates are based on two people sharing a standard room
• Single Supplement £40 per room applies
• Non-transferable.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Saturday bookings to arrive at the hotel by 9am
16. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
17. Any conditions attached to the prize by the venue must be adhered to.
