The girlband picked up three awards at the ceremony, and Jade rounded off their success with an empowering speech.
Little Mix were the big winners at the first ever Global Awards.
The foursome scooped a hat trick of awards including Best Song, Best Group and Best British Artist, and had many speeches to give:
As Winter Olympic heroes Lizzy Yarnold and Laura Dees presented them with their third gong of the night, Leanne exclaimed: "This is crazy, this doesn't happen to us - thank you so much!" before she threw the mic to an off-guard Jade.
For someone who didn't seem prepared to deliver a speech, Jade oozed girl power as she said: "It's obviously quite hard for women in the music industry, its also hard for girl groups, and I think the fact that we've managed to last nearly 7 years now and still going strong - we have a lot of people to thank for that."

The pop princess bigged up her band mates saying: "Firstly who can we thank? Ourselves. Because if it wasn't for our friendship we wouldn't still be going strong."
Jesy rounded off the thankyous with a big shout out to all their dedicated fans.

Jade then continued: "As a girl band and as women we do face a lot of scrutiny all the time, whether its for the way we look, how much thigh we get out, how we dance, what we sing about, and we just want to say that although we hope one day that does stop, right now we're really not a**ed what people think! We are women - we will dress how we wanna dress, if we wanna do a twerk we will do a twerk, and we just wanna say that we will always encourage our fans - especially our female fans - to be themselves and do what they want to do with our music - so thank you!"
Who's feeling empowered right now?!
