Keeping Cheltenham's roads moving

Thousands of extra cars and coaches will hit Gloucestershire's roads this week.

With 250,000 racegoers expected over the four day National Hunt Festival, someone's got to make sure things move as smoothly as possible.

That is the job of Inspector Karen Ellis and her team from the roads policing unit of the Gloucestershire Constabulary.

150 officers will be out during the 4-days and they bring with them plenty of experience.
