5,000 households in Tewkesbury are about to get one-to-one lifestyle advice.

It is all part of the Government funded scheme Count Me In! which is trying to encourage healthy lifestyles in the town.

Over the next couple of months thousands of people will get a free visit from a team of advisers over, who will give them information and guidance on how to become more healthy, including access to active travel, leisure walks and cycle rides, as well as upcoming local community activities such as exercise and dance events.
