Gloucester's new MP under pressure from 'Shelter'

Richard Graham - newly elected Member of Parliament for Gloucester is being urged to sort out the housing crisis in the city.

Homeless charity Shelter says the cost of a proper home big enough for a family is still too high compared to the average household income and many families in the county are facing repossession or are simply unable to get on the property ladder.

Heart's Duncan Cook spoke to Campaigns Manager for the charity, Karen Stalburt about the problems people in the city are facing in relation to housing and why its important the new MP makes new affordable housing one of his priorities:
