New Gloucester ASDA plans on Show
Plans for a big new ASDA store in the Kingsway area of Gloucester go on show today.
The supermarket giant says the 25 thousand square foot building would provide 230 jobs. They want to start building in the Autumn, with an opening date in mid 2012. The plans have been mainly welcomed by local community leaders who say the area is in desperate need of facilities and jobs.
You can see the plans at Quedgeley Community Centre on February 9th from 4.30pm till 7pm, from 10am to 6pm the following day and then on February 11th from 10am till 1pm.
