Heart Gloucestershire Cars 2 Competition July 2011
ON AIR RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.heart.co.uk apply to the Sky radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 04.07.11 to 04.07.11 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Gloucestershire.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Call the Studio Line (the “Telephone Line”).
Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.
The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
Each day one Entrant is brought to air to answer a question.
If the Entrant gets the question correctly, they’ll win a daily prize.
If the Entrant gets the question incorrect the next entrant is in play.

4 x Regular soft drinks and 4 x regular sized popcorns
Prize Terms & conditions:
Only one entry per person and per household is allowed. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non transferable.
Cineworld Gloucester terms and conditions apply.
If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
