Heart Gloucestershire Competition September 2012
ON AIR RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.heart.co.uk apply to the Make me a Model radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from September 7th 2012 to September 11th 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Gloucestershire.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Go online to heart.co.uk and register their details.
Provide a reason why they think they deserve to be treated like a model for the day.
Upload a photo of themselves.
The winner will be selected by Heart and Cheltenham Fashion Week.
By submitting [a video / an image / an audio file / other] to the site <url> to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such [video / image / audio / other]; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the [video / image / audio / other] (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
Eligibility:
- Entrants must be over 18
- Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
The chosen entrant will win:
- An exclusive catwalk debut at one of Cheltenham Fashion Week's headline events
- Professional Hair & Makeup by Official Cheltenham Fashion Week Hair Provider, Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa
- An outfit to wear during the show only
- Professional photographs
Prize Terms & conditions:
Only one entry per person and per household is allowed. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non transferable.
If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
