Park Your Parking Ideas With East Herts

East Herts Council have told Heart they are proposing to make changes to the charges in council car parks in places like Bishop's Stortford and wants to know your views.

Proposals include giving all customers the option of a free half hour as well as making short stay parking better value by giving you more parking time for the same charge. To help balance this it is propose to introduce a flat rate charge from 4pm to 10pm. Sundays will remain free all day.

The council wants to hear your views on these proposals. Consultation will start on May 1 and close on May 30.
