Kent Health Watch

Kent Health Watch is the country’s only 24/7 phone line for you to call and speak directly to someone about any problems or praise you have with health or social care.

Calls have ranged from not being able to get into the local dentist to worries about getting rid of hospital infections.

The service is not just for patients. If a member of your family has had a good or bad experience of health or social care, call and tell us about it.

Kent County Council cabinet member for Public Health Alan Marsh said: “Your health and continued good health is incredibly important to us. When you pick up the phone and call us, day or night, you are helping shape and improve the care you and family receive.

“So make that call, we’re waiting to hear from you.”
