Big Fire At Derelict Margate Pub

Road closures have been lifted following a fire at a derelict pub in Margate.

Kent Police and Kent Fire Rescue Service have been in Northdown Road, Margate, since 9.10am following a fire at The Holly Tree pub, which is disued.

The incident was reported by the fire service to Kent Police on Sunday 16 April 2017.

Road closures were put in place on several junctions and remained in place until 9.25pm while the incident was dealt with.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
