Student Safety Video

Kent Police have got together with former Canterbury students to make a video about safety

As thousands of students start Freshers Week in the county a video is being shown on big screens across campuses to give advice about safety.

The Watch it Canterbury video lets you know how you can protect your home from opportunist thieves, stay safe on a night out and avoid having your valuables stolen.

Aimed at students studying at the University of Kent at Canterbury and Canterbury Christchurch University, the video has been produced by students, including 2010 graduate and former Special Constable Jonny Bradshaw.

‘They’ll be so much to experience while you’re here and we want you to have the best time possible. There’s a number of things you can do to make this a reality.’
