CCTV of 2 people police want to trace

Officers at Medway police station have released CCTV images of two people they would like to speak to, who may be able to help with enquiries in relation to a number of thefts from sports stores across the South East.

These images were taken at a sports store in Hempstead Valley shopping centre where there have been four separate thefts in the last year.

A number of designer polo shirts have been stolen on each occasion.  The thefts in Medway are as follows:
 
20 November 2009 - £720 worth of stock stolen
6 April 2010 - £1300 worth of stock stolen
9 June 2010 - £400 worth of stock stolen
8 September 2010 - £350 worth of stock stolen
 
Investigating officer DC Maxine Smyth said:  ‘We are keen for these two people to be identified as we believe they will be able to help with our enquiries.  There have been a number of thefts at stores across the South East and we are keen to put a stop to them.  I would urge anyone with information about these thefts to contact us as soon as possible.’
