A lorry driver caught smuggling 2.6 million cigarettes through Dover in pallets of dry pasta has been jailed for three years.
Inflatable Slide Accident
Five children have been left with minor injuries after an inflatable slide was blown from its mooring by strong winds in Tonbridge.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the Tonbridge Angels Football Ground in Darenth Avenue, after reports the slide had come loose during a garden and leisure show.
All five children were treated by paramedics at the scene. Three of them, including a three year old who had suffered an injury to the head, were taken to hospital as a precaution.
The Health and Safety Executive is now investigating.
