Kent Woman Quits Job for Africa

Heart's been speaking to a Kent woman who quit her job to go and do charity work in Kenya after feeling she wasn't making enough of an impact in the world.

29 year-old Rebecca Webb from Dover used to be the manager of a retail store in Gillingham, but admits she suffered what's being called a 'quarter-life crisis'.

It's a bit like a mid-life crisis, but affects people in their mid to late twenties.

We've been told it's getting more common and many women are close to having a breakdown because they are so unhappy at work and are suffering from money worries.

Rebecca spoke to us from Kenya where she's working with a charity to help improve schooling facilities for children.
