Man Arrested For Pub Landlord Shooting

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a landlord was shot dead in his pub in Kent.

A 23-year-old from Canterbury was detained on Wednesday by officers investigating the death of Joe Daniels.

Mr Daniels, 58, was pronounced dead at the Red Cow pub in Foord Road, Folkestone, on November 22.

A gun was found at the scene and Mr Daniels died from a gunshot wound, the force said.

The man arrested remains in custody.
