Man Missing Since January

47 year old Robert Carter hasn't been seen since 18th January.

He was last seen in Castle Avenue in Dover.

He is described as white, 5'8'' tall, of slim build, has a southern accent, short straight dark hair, blue/green eyes, fair complexion and has a scar on his upper lip.

The last time he was seen he was wearing a dark coloured coast - possibly a dressing gown, and slippers.
